There are very few things that can make you feel as good as warm cookies. I am of the firm believer that a cookie can lift the soul. Cookies are the perfect “you did a great job” treat. They are a hug the soul when someone is sad. They are an apology when you screwed up, and cookies can spark a little joy in even the bleakest of circumstances. Cookies are powerful little hand held bites of happiness and this little corner of the web is where I plan to share all my favorite cookie recipes!

I am a firm believer that every cookie should have some chocolate. You can agree to disagree but if I am going to eat the calories then there better be a little chocolate surprise in there.
