Chocolate Buttermilk Banana Bread Muffins

Chocolate Buttermilk Banana Bread Muffins
I love these Chocolate Buettermilk Banana Bread Muffins and once you try them you will too. You finally have a reason to dig out all those frozen over ripe bananas that have been sitting in the bottom of your freezer forever! These Chocolate Buttermilk Banana Bread Muffins are amazing and the only problem you will have is trying not to eat them all at once. I makes these A LOT and my kids go crazy for them. You can even use mini muffin pans and freeze a whole whack of them for your toddlers.
So, why am I am a huge fan of these Chocolate Buttermilk Banana Bread Muffins? For starters because they have chocolate and chocolate is delicious. In fact can I just say that if you’re not putting chocolate in your banana bread than it’s probably sub par. Hey I am just saying what everyone else is thinking, sorry.  I am also a big fan of buttermilk. I don’t know why, but I have a secret obsession with all things Southern (okay, maybe it’s not so secret) and buttermilk reminds me of the south.  Anyway, the point is these muffins are amazing and you are going to want to make them.
I use dark chocolate callets in everything. They are a much nicer chocolate than semi sweet or milk chocolate and they make any recipe way better. I buy mine at the bulk barn but if you can’t find them, then regular chocolate chips are fine. But keep them dark!
Ya’ll know how I feel about long recipe posts!
