Easy Breakfast Waffles
Delicious and easy breakfast waffles, crisp on the outside and sweet and fluffy on the inside. Perfect for breakfast lunch or dinner. Can be made ahead and toasted for a quick breakfast or the batter can be kept in the fridge.

- 2 eggs beaten
- 2 cups flour all purpose
- 1 ¾ milk
- ½ cups butter salted
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 4 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- non stick cooking spray
Preheat your waffle iron and spray with non stick spray
Add eggs, flour, milk, melted butter, vegetable oil, sugar, baking powder, salt, and vanilla extract to a large mixing bowl. Beat on low until mixed
Pour batter into waffle iron and cook until golden brown (mine only takes about 2 min!)
Don’t forget to add your favorite toppings. We love fresh strawberries, blueberries, and peaches. Whipped cream, real maple syrup or peanut butter and Nutella!
