- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 cup cup pecan halves
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Add brown sugar, ground cinnamon, salt, vanilla, and water to a pan over medium heat
Whisk to combine and stir over medium heat until bubbly, about 1 minute
Add pecans and toss to coat, stirring constantly
Continue to toast the pecans for about 1-2 minutes, watch they don't burn!
